Rüdiger Wolf is a member of the Leadership Team for Central Europe at Boston Consulting Group and a senior partner in BCG’s Transformation practice. He specializes in driving and accelerating large-scale transformation and restructuring programs, partnering with clients to achieve rapid, measurable performance improvements while building resilient organizations positioned for long-term success.
Since joining BCG in 2012, Rüdiger has advised mid-sized to large companies across various industries on critical transformation and restructuring initiatives. Previously, he served as CFO and CRO for a distressed German company, where he led the execution of the restructuring strategy. He began his career as an insolvency trustee and restructuring lawyer.
